Cancelation:-
For most items, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving the goods. However, this does not apply to personalized or customized items made specifically for you. The same applies to perishable goods, audio or video recordings or computer software which has been opened.
Returns:-
Any Personalized Gifts have no intrinsic value once personalized and as such we urge you to take great care that no mistakes are made when ordering from our website as we cannot accept returns once the item has been personalized. We cut and paste the information you supply us in order to fulfill your order. We often contact customers if something doesn't look 'right' but the responsibility does lie with you the customer and not us.
By the very individual nature of personalized products, they cannot be re-sold, and therefore we cannot accept returns if you have a change of mind.
All other items except those mentioned above may be returned within 7 days, please email us first so that we can provide you with the correct return address, please state the order number, your name and any other details you feel may be relevant.
Incorrect, Damaged or Non-delivered Items:-
If an order arrives incorrect, damaged or does not arrive at all then please contact us so that we can follow up your enquiry.
We cannot refund the postage cost incurred in returning goods (unless faulty) and we would strongly suggest you consider recorded delivery or at the very least obtain a (FREE) proof of posting as we cannot accept responsibility for goods that we don't receive. Please always inspect your goods as soon as you receive them and notify us as soon as possible, within 3 days if there are any problems.
For damaged or faulty items we will require photographic proof from yourself so that we can investigate further. We will not be able to help until we receive your photos.
