All prices shown are inclusive of any personalisation required. Prices for postage & packaging, include postal boxes strong jiffy bags hard backed envelopes ect , and these rates are set out on our delivery page and also will be shown clearly in the shopping cart .

Descriptions and Information:-
Descriptions and other information of goods ect sold on this site are in good faith. In the event of a pricing or product, in the event of an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order 'with notice be given'. Acceptance of an order only applies once the goods have been allocated to be dispatched.
Delivery Options:-
Royal Mail 1st Class or Royal Air Mail Small Packets.
Placing Your Order:-
Personalisation may take time, while many orders are dispatched to you within 2-3 working days some personalisation take a little longer, so please allow time for this and the delivery, which usually about 4-5 working days.
Remember to always allow extra time during busy periods such as Christmas and bank holidays.
If you have not received your order within this suggested time frame 4 - 5 Working days please contact your local sorting office just in case it's been left there for collection. (,no card has been left to say they've tried to deliver it.). This should be done before contacting us your order has not arrived.
If you have not receive your order within ten days of the date of dispatch (which we will notify you when it has been dispatched) we will not be held responsible for the loss of orders unless you have contacted us between 10-21 days after the original dispatch date. After 10 days we can then help with locating your order and possibly re-issue a duplicate. We hold the right to not send out a duplicate order after the 21 day waiting period is up. In the event of a duplicate order being dispatched due to a missing order and the original order eventually shows up you must decline the delivery so it will be returned to us.
We reserve the right to wait up to 10 working days from the date of despatch before taking further action regarding an undelivered item.
We take pride in processing your order as quickly as possible and Endeavour to dispatch within 2-4 working days We hold no responsibility if the delivery details you have entered are incorrect and you subsequently incur further charges. It is possible to have goods delivered to an alternative address to the billing address. You will have this option during the shopping cart process.
Orders will be processed and dispatched during our normal working hours which are 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
We cannot accept any responsibility for items not being delivered within suggested timescales, including any extra costs or fees which you may incur due to missed deadlines or delays.
Cancelation:-
For most items, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving the goods. However, this does not apply to personalized or customized items made specifically for you. The same applies to perishable goods, audio or video recordings or computer software which has been opened.
Damaged Items:-
Although your order is well packaged by us, occasionally some damages may occur in transit. Damaged goods need to be notified to sales@ecpgiftware.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt. A replacement will be dispatched within 24 hours.

We cannot accept the return items in the following circumstance - Personalised items - unless faulty and items which have spelling mistakes made by yourself once they have been sent for production. This does not affect your statutory rights.
For non-personalised items returned or personalised items returned which were dispatched incorrectly by ourselves the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel back to using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods as we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the post.
Personalised Products:-
Please be aware that all personalised products are unable to be returned as each one is customised to order. It is extremely important that great care is taken when giving personalisation details as we will reproduce exactly what is given to us. It may be that we have to slightly change layout to suit the item which is being personalised. Your statutory rights are not affected.
